employee of Bernard/Allison attends training classes. We
have training sessions for each site job category including
administrative, sales, housekeeper, and maintenance. In
addition, specialty trainings are held throughout the year
for air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, painting/drywall,
and pool maintenance.

provide the most effective and professional leasing staff
in the market, each consultant is given two training sessions
