branches. Responsible for revenue, profit
and operations goals of the Executive Series Professional
Services Group, including liaison with customers,
resource planning and project management.

- 1999 – Premium Cigars International,
Limited Divisional Controller and Consultant.
Responsibilities included design and setup
accounting system, assisted with preparation of
SEC reporting of this start-up company, forensic
investigations and analysis, financial reporting
to the operations, sales and marketing professionals
and inventory control. Supervision of the
accounting department and Controller of Canadian
subsidiary.
1992

Specialized in business consulting and
mentoring, providing personal, prompt support
in all aspects of management, including financial
planning, taxes, business plans, financial statement
preparation, analysis and advice. Consultant
to boards of directors and management presented
numerous reports, budgets, cash flow projections,
models and forecasts. Successfully negotiated
many stock buy/sell agreements both internally
and with independent third parties.
1988
– 1992 – Sole Practitioner. Established
a successful accounting professional services
practice with a solid base of loyal clients that
generated substantial repeat and referral business.
1982
– 1988 – Gordon and Partners. Partner.
Controlled a substantial portfolio of small
business clients as one of five partners, providing
full accounting professional services. Served
as the firm’s staff partner, responsible for the
recruitment, management, training and supervision
of 35 accounting professionals.
