2000-Present – Bernard/Allison Management Services, Inc. Regional Vice President responsible for properties in Albuquerque , New Mexico, Tennessee and Texas. Successfully completed $3 million renovation and rent-up of two distressed properties. Responsibilities include:

•  Managing out-of-state properties

•  Expanding out-of-state management business

•  Cultivate new relationships with private and institutional owners

2000 – New Millennium Realty Group LLC. President/Owner. Oversaw ten properties totaling 2,319 units in portfolio. Portfolio had a single owner and was bond financed – 501(c)3. Partnership with a non-profit group. Managed properties for three years, two and a half before leaving Metric and forming Millennium. Installed Rent Roll 2000 on all properties. Completed site training of all onsite personnel. Created an accounting training workbook.  Completed a new policies and procedures manual.  All ten properties exceeded budget expectation by over $507,000 through September.  Capital and operating budgets were prepared and completed on schedule. Properties satisfied all compliance reporting and auditing.

1990-2000 – Metric Management/SSR Realty, Scottsdale , AZ. Branch Manager for Phoenix and Scottsdale.   Direct responsibility for a diverse fee-managed real estate portfolio including 18 multifamily properties comprising 4,300 units, one industrial warehouse, one lot owner’s association and one office/commercial property. Clients included the California Employees Pension Fund, California Teachers’ Employee Association and Metropolitan Life. Direct reports included two regional managers, a construction manager, and a marketing director

1982-1990 – Clark Financial Corporation, Salt Lake City , UT. Executive Vice President / Director of Fee Operations. Atlanta based position with direct management responsibility for over 20 apartment properties comprising over 6,000 multifamily units on the East Coast and Midwest Regions and 175,000 square feet of commercial space. Direct reports included five multi-site apartment managers. In addition, responsibilities included primary accountability for recruiting new fee business.

1979-1982 – Real Estate Management Corporation, Denver , CO. Regional Property manager for seven multifamily properties with approximately 1,500 units and a single mini-warehouse property in Colorado and Arizona . Successfully oversaw two condominium conversions for Boulder and Denver , CO properties.
