has extensive experience as a Receiver and as a manager
of REO properties for lenders and other financial institutions.
We are usually able to obtain Receiver bonds within
24-48 hours. We have been appointed as Receiver on
over 20 properties consisting of more than 5,000 apartment
units. Accounting is one of our strengths, with one
CPA, one Chartered Accountant and a full accounting department
consisting of 14 staff members. We have prepared and
submitted the full array of reports to the courts for receiverships
and bankruptcies. Our property staff members are approximately
600 employees in 4 states, currently managing over 20,000
apartment units. We have improved occupancy, reduced
operating expenses and increased value for the benefit of
all in each receivership we have managed.
Monthly
fees are based on size, age and complexity of the property.
The management fees generally range between 3.5%
and 5% of gross operating receipts with a minimum charge
of $2,500 per month. In addition, a $250 to $500 per
month administrative fee is charged for the additional responsibilities
and reports as a Receiver.
